Good morning ladies and gentlemen and wuffos and skydivers, 8-way first call is at 0745 and CF Sequential and Rotations today. I will be taking team photos and judging 8-way FS so blogging will be rather light until this afternoon.

I've updated the comment I made regarding the 4-way camera flyer's early exit yesterday on yesterday's TimBits page. I'm going to write more about it later, time permitting.

Wow so far some really good 8-way, about to start judging round 2. Back after a while, please be patient for the team photos...

...an hour later, we are on a wind hold, so I'm posting 8-way team photos...

Here's a repeat from a couple days ago: If you would like a high-resolution original photo of your team, click HERE, and BE SURE TO ENTER YOUR TEAM NUMBER! As usual, I ask for a modest donation to one of the USPA trust funds...

...I have several emails inquiring about the French 8-way, yes they are a guest team but the correction won't show up on the internet until the wind hold is lifted and the judges post another score. Meanwhile, give them their due for that beautiful jump on round 1, I didn't catch the whole jump but what I saw was a work of art...

...okay we are jumping again now, round two is in the air...

...attention camera flyers: There. Is. No. Need. To. Use. A. Fish. Eye. Lens. That's all I have to say about that...now I'm headed back to the judging room, and Jan is posting the 8-way draw on the main page shortly...

Back for a quick update, so far I have received 6 requests for hi-res team photos, and 5 of them made donations to a USPA trust fund, plus one other who donated just because he wanted to buy us a beer and couldn't attach it to his email. Thanks for supporting USPA trust funds!

From the mail bag, those wonderful people over at www.thepdblog.com:

Thanks for your dedicated commitment to Omniskore, it just would not be the same without you! We at the PD Blog greatly appreciate you linking to our site, we have had a whole lot of traffic from Omniskore already.

We are happy to be a part of a team bringing competition to those that could not be here, and hopefully can work more closely with you guys at future events.

Let us know if there is anything we can do to help - we will do our best!

France 8-wayThose guys are awesome, you should definitely check out their interviews, lots of good stuff that will give you more of a feeling what the vibes out here are like. Very cool.

This is a picture of that very talented French 8-way team creeping what I think is round 8, which looks to be a very fast dive...round 2 Open is now done, round 3 is in the air...

8-way FS round 4 in progress...over in CF Sequential, Redline scored 10 on the final round to win the Gold over AZ Frayed Knot, with Who Zout taking the bronze...now back I head to do more judging...now back for a peak in the mail:

Why aren't all the 8-way team photos up on Omniskore yet? :)

Thanks.

Great job by the way!! Lovin it!!

Thanks! I won't get the rest of the 8-way photos up until were done for the day, if I'm lucky, thank you for your patience....

Okay, I got all the 8-way photos up except for 703, will try to get them in the morning. I'm also working on getting the CF Rotations photos. Were finishing round 5 of 8-way FS, round 6 has started...

...sorry not much blogging here today, it will be the same tomorrow as I am judging 8-way. I can't wait to see what Airspeed and France do with round 8. I'll have the whole report after it's all done tomorrow. Chris (big brother) and I are leaving now to have dinner in Casa Grande with my Dad, so I'll see you all tomorrow!
